Better known as "JC" or that "Windows and Door guy", JC heads the window and door department. His vast knowledge of ins and outs, ups and downs, gliders, sliders, double hungs, casements and awnings makes him a valuable asset to homeowners and contractors alike. Very few have the experience and knowledge JC has to offer.

A degree in Architecture from UW-Milwaukee lays the foundation of Mike's design expression & creativity. His years of "hands on" experience provide him the common sense and knowledge allowing him a gifted ability to turn ideas into structural reality.

Paul's responsibilities include delivery scheduling, inventory, orders, vehicle maintenance and overseeing the general operations of our material yard. Paul's loves watching materials move past his window knowing another successful project is underway.

Russ brings the ability to communicate to a new level. He has worked in the lumber yard, driven boom rigs, delivered, ordered, loaded, built, and inventoried. Russ does it all. His background in coaching brings out the best in anyone. He utilizes his "gift to impart" ensuring his customers are treated fairly and offered the very best personal service.

Sandie's bubbly personality brightens any space. She exudes enthusiasm for her work and enjoys seeing others profit via her congenial approach and fascinating style.

Jason's drive for the "perfect" load establish him as the core of what the "Balduzzi Difference" is all about. Jason coordinates, assembles, and schedules orders. His greatest satisfaction is seeing that customers receive the profit they need to succeed.

Jessica brings an even keel and ballast to the design department. Jess assists Mike with all aspects of "behind the scenes" architecture working with CAD design, finishing details and completing presentation copies.
